Directions From the M54 From Junction 6 of the M54 take the turning north, signposted Princess Royal Hospital and Whitchurch. Go straight through every roundabout. Stay on the same road and go beyond the hospital, still heading towards Whitchurch. Near the next roundabout you will see a petrol station on the left hand side. At the roundabout turn right. After about half a mile take the turning left signposted Wappenshall. Bridge House is about another half mile down this road on the left hand side (not the house with the post box). Directions from Stafford Take the A518 from Stafford towards Telford. After Newport and Lillieshall you will approach Telford along a long flat open road, arriving at a roundabout with a clock tower. Go straight across this and the next two roundabouts. After another long fast stretch approach another (double) roundabout including a high bridge. Avoid going under this bridge by keeping to the right hand lane. Go right, avoiding the factory road, and keep straight at the next two roundabouts. You will then see only fields on the right and a few houses and a layby on the left. After the house on the right take the next right hand turning (you will not see the sign for Wappenshall until you begin turning in here). Bridge House is about another half mile down this road on the left hand side (not the house with the post box). |
